1.01 What is Servista and for whom it is designed

Background of the Servista system #

Servista is a result of 10 years Facility Management experience. Servista does not offer a simple ticket management system, it is a complete Facility Management system especially designed for organizations with multiple locations or chains.

Capabilities of the Servista #

Servista specialized in chains and multiple locations. It can manage all service activities (not only technical services, you can include everything from cleaning to logistics) with multiple service suppliers (or, with multiple clients). This management system starts with defining service points (facilities). Our members can join the Servista system by choosing one of the 2 main roles first;

  1. Facility owner or service buyer
  2. Service Supplier or contractor

As the facility owner, you can create your service point as facilities, you can create your management staff, you can add your service suppliers and then you can directly start addressing your work orders.

Same as facility owners, as a service contractor, you can also create sevice points for your clients, add their staff and site technicians (or they can use other suppliers as sub-contractors) and finally they can provide all their services in the perfect order.
