Removing an existing sub-contractor #
To remove an existing sub-contractor from your network, you need to open the Sub-contractor Management screen.
By using the Remove Sub-contractor command located in the top command bar, you can remove an existing sub-contractor from your network.
How to remove an existing sub-contractor? #
To remove an existing sub-contractor, first click its round checkbox of the sub-contractor. Then Click Remove Sub-contractor command. System will show you a warning message.
If you want to proceed, please click the green OK button to finalize the operation.
What happens to the removed sub-contractors? #
First of all, removed sub-contractors still continue to exist in the Servista ecosystem. You will continue to see previously completed or still on process work orders or maintenance activities. When you remove a sub-contactor from your network;
- You cannot assign new work orders from that sub-contractor
- You cannot assign new planned maintenance to that sub-contractor
Can I add my old sub-contractor back? #
Yes , of course. In such a case, you can add your previous sub-contractor as a new sub-contractor. Again you need to send an approval request to them to add them.
