Adding a sub-contractor #
On the Sub-contractor Management screen you need to click to the Add New Sub-contractor button from the top command bar to start adding a new sub-contractor.
After clicking the button, the ADD SUB-CONTRACTOR screen will appear in the middle of the screen.
Add Sub-contractor #
To add a sub-contractor, first of all you need to check if that company already exists in the Servista ecosystem or not. To do this you will be asked to add the tax number of the company.
All you need is to enter the tax number and click the search button to check.
If the company you are checking already exist in the Servista; #
If the company already exists in Servista, then you will see its legal name on screen for your confirmation. If you found the correct company, than you can click on the green button named SEND REQUEST
Based on the ethical rules of Servista, you need to get another party’s confirmation to add the company in your suppliers list. Servista will automatically inform the supplier for your request and after getting confirmation (or rejection) you will be informed by email.
If the supplier approves your request, then you will see it in your supplier management screen.
If the company you are checking is NOT exist in the Servista; #
If the company does not exist in Servista, then you will see an information screen saying the company does not exist in servista. Also in that screen you will see the tax number that you searched for. Please double check the tax number for any mistyping errors.
If you did not find your sub-contractor in Servista, you can click on the SEND INVITATION button to send an invitation to that company to invite them to join the Servista.
You need to enter the sub-contractor’s title and mail address to send an invitation mail. When they accept the invitation, they will be asked to fill a basic information form and you will be informed by email.
Important points about adding a sub-contractors #
Servista has two types of members; Service suppliers (contractors) and Facility Owners (clients). And sub-contractors are also registering the Servista as service suppliers. While adding a supplier to your network, you cannot add an existing service buying customer company as a supplier (or sub-contractor). When you try to do it, you will receive an error message.
