Removing an existing supplier #
To remove an existing supplier from your network, you need to open the Supplier Management screen.
By using the Remove Supplier command located in the top command bar, you can remove an existing supplier from your network.
How to remove an existing supplier? #
To remove an existing supplier, first click its round checkbox of the supplier. Then Click Remove Supplier command. System will show you a warning message.
If you want to proceed, please click the green OK button to finalize the operation.
What happens to the removed suppliers? #
First of all, removed suppliers still continue to exist in the Servista ecosystem. You will continue to see previously completed or still on process work orders or maintenance activities. When you remove a supplier from your network;
- You cannot assign new work orders from that supplier
- You cannot create new planned maintenance contracts with them
Can I add my old supplier back? #
Yes , of course. In such a case, you can add your previous supplier as a new supplier. Again you need to send an approval request to them to add them.
