Approval procedures for planned maintenance #
You can use the approved procedures in planned maintenance management system in only one case;
Progress payment #
These are the works sent by the service supplier as progress payments after completing maintenance activity. When a supplier completes a maintenance and uses some extra materials during the maintenance, then he needs to use these approval procedures to get customer’s approval before invoicing. After customer’s approval, these works’ statuses will become Approved. This means, it is ready to be invoiced.
