Why do we need to create a work order for multiple locations? #

When you have the same job to be done for many facilities, you will need to create the same work order for each facility. This can be some seasonal or massive work. For example, if you have a clothes store, you will need to change all your stores’ display windows for the starting seasons. In such cases you can explain all work details in one form and create it for many facilities with one click.

How to use multiple location options when creating the work order form? #

First of all, creating work orders for multiple locations requires specific membership plans. If your company’s membership plan allows it, you can use this function. Additionally, your administrator should allow you to use this function. 

If your company membership has a related function and as a user you have the related authorization, then when you click on the Choose Facility dropdown menu on the form, you will be able to make multiple selections. Sample multiple facility selection screen can be found in below image;
