3.01 Basics of user management in Servista

User management system in Servista #

Users with administrator privileges can access the users management screens of Servista. There are different user roles designed in Servista. 

Facility owner members user types #

Super Admin – Users have administrative privileges together with the management privileges for membership plans.

Executive – Users have administrative privileges

Area Manager – Users have manager privileges only within their specified area(s)

Operation Manager – Users have manager privileges only within their specified facility(es)

Personnel – Users with minimum privileges, they can only view and manage operation for their facility

Service supplier members user types #

Super Admin – Users have administrative privileges together with the management privileges for membership plans.

Executive – Users have administrative privileges

Account Manager – Users have manager privileges only within their specified client(s)

Accounting – Users have limited privileges. This type of users can see monitoring screen to manage their invoicing statuses

Technician – Users have only mobile access. This type of users can only fill the work order and maintenance forms

Which operations can be done in the user management system? #

From users management system;

  1. You can add new users (you need enough quota in your membership plan)
  2. You can view users details of your company
  3. You can edit users details of your company
  4. You can deactivate or activate users (you membership quota counts only active users)
