Accessing to the equipment history #

Equipment maintenance history is located in the Equipment Details screen. To access this screen;

1. Open the facilities monitoring page
2. Access to the Facility Details screen by clicking on one of the facilities listed
3. Click on the Inventory command located in the top bar of Facility Details screen
4. Select the required maintenance type where the equipment is related
5. From the inventory list, select desired inventory equipment by clicking on it

Equipment maintenance history is located at the bottom part of the Equipment Details screen, just under the QR code.

What is the equipment maintenance history? #

This is the history of all operations and activities done specifically for the equipment. All activities are listed here starting with the latest. There four columns here; 

Date and Time  #

The exact date and the time of the action

Supplier #

The responsible service supplier company of the maintenance activity

Image #

The image added to the maintenance form during the activity (if any)

Maintenance Notes #

The notes added to the maintenance form during the activity (if any)

Usage of maintenance equipment history #

With the help of this screen, you can directly access all maintenance of an equipment. This information can also be accessed by mobile application by scanning the QR code or entering the equipment ID. 

Knowing the maintenance history about an equipment gives huge advantages to the operators during the works
