1.06 Management of your membership

Membership Management Page #

If you have Admin privileges, you can access the membership management page under the Settings menu located on the left menu bar. You cannot edit or change them directly. In order to change them, you should change your membership plan or get contacted with Servista Support ([email protected]) The page is shown below.

Under the membership management page, you can see the detailed information about your current membership. There are 5 sections about your membership details;

Membership status #

Here you can see the status of your membership. In order to use the Servista, you need to have an Active Membership.

Membership Details #

Under this section you can find main parameters about your membership. Membership Type shows type of membership. There are two types of memberships; Client (Facility owners) or Supplier (Service providers). Also, here you can find the membership plan, payment period and your next payment date.

Payment Details #

Under this section you can see the standard fee of your membership plan, your discounts and your final membership fee. 

Quotas Included in Membership Plan #

Depending on your membership plan, there are some quotas defined for your membership. Under this section you can see them. Also, you can see here the actual usage of your quotas. If you want to increase your quotas, you need to upgrade your membership by using change membership plan button on the top menu.

Services Included in Membership Plan #

Based on your membership plan, some services are already included. Under this section you can see them. Some of these services may only be available for specific membership types. If you want to change them, you need to change your membership plan.

Change Membership Plan #

You access the Change Membership Plan page by clicking the buttonfrom the top menu. You can change your current membership terms by selecting your preferred membership package and membership period on the screen you will be directed to. In package changes, no refund will be made for the membership you are currently using. In order for your new package to be activated, you must pay the membership fee specified in the payment request email that will be sent to you.

When you open the Membership Plans page, you will see the all available option as shown below;

Your current membership will be highlighted as shown in the image above. You can change your plan or you can change the payment period with the existing plan.

After selecting your new plan, you will be asked for a final confirmation with a warning dialog box.

End Membership #

By clicking the end membership button located on the top menu, you can finish your membership of Servista. You will be asked for a final confirmation with a warning dialog box for this operation. 

After ending your membership, you will be able to use the Servista until the end date of your current membership plan.

Please note that, there is no refunds by ending your membership.
