Company Details Page #

If you have Admin privileges, you can access the company details page under the Settings menu located on the left menu bar. The page is shown below.

Editable and Non-editable company information #

When you will select the edit button from the top menu, you will see than some parameters are allowed but some are not. You cannot edit the Client Code and Membership start date. All the information except these, can be edited and changed without affecting your operations in Servista. 

Important notes about changing company parameters #

When you change any parameter about your company, it will affect the operations in future only. You cannot change previously completed tasks or reports. For example, you are active in Serviste for 6 months and your company name is “Alfa”, when you change your company name into “Beta” you will still continue to see your company name as “Alfa” in previously completed works.
