Removing an existing Client #
To remove an existing Client from your networks, you need to open the Client Management screen. By using the Remove Client command located in the top command bar, you can remove an existing customer from your network.
How to remove an existing Client? #
To remove an existing Client, first click its round checkbox of the client. Then Click Remove Client command. System will show you a warning message.
If you want to proceed, please click the green OK button to finalize the operation.
What happens to the removed Clients? #
First of all, removed Customers still continue to exist in the Servista ecosystem. You will see previously completed or still on process work orders or maintenance activities. When you remove a client from your network;
- You cannot get new work orders from that customer
- You cannot create new planned maintenance contracts with them
Can I add my old client back? #
Yes , of course. In such a case, you can add your previous client as a new client. Again you need to send an approval request to them to add them.
