2.02 Facilities of your Clients and monitoring screen

What is the facilities monitoring screen? #

This screen is where you can see a list of all facilities related to your maintenance operations. With the help of this screen, you can view the details of a facility,  add new facilities or modify the parameters, inventories of an existing facility. For some functions like adding a new facility or managing its inventories, you need required authorization from the Client (owner of the facility). But, for you own sponsored Clients, you have the complete management authorization.

About the screen layout #

Screen is consists of three sections; 

Upper functions bar where you can find commands like add new facilities or refresh the screen, the table part where you can see the list of facilities and the lower quick search part.

 Functions and explanations #

There are several functions that can be found at the upper section of the screen. Please note that some of these functions cannot be available for you based on your user and company privileges.

Add new facility #

You can add a new facility with this function. You can find the details about adding a new facility in the 2.03 Creating a new facility section. Based on your subscription plan, you are allowed to add specific numbers of facilities.

Refresh screen #

When you make some changes, it might be necessary to refresh the list. In such cases you can use this fınction.

Arrange columns #

You can change the position of the columns in the facilities table. Also, if available, you can add additional columns too. 

Filter #

You can narrow down the list by using some filters. You can check the section 2.04 Filtering options in the facilities screen for further information.

Download view as XLS table #

With the function, you can download the whole table as Microsoft Excel table file. In order to download specific types of facilities, you need to filter them first, then download the XLS file.

 Table of list #

This is where you can see all the facilities related to your maintenance operations. By clicking the columns headers you can rearrange the listing orders. By default, the table is listed by the facility code (latest at the top).

Also, you can open the facility details by clicking on each row. You will face a screen like below;

In this details screen you will find some additional information not shown in the table. Such as contact telephone number and location map.

Also from the top menu bar, you can edit (if you have privileges) the facility details or manage the inventories related to the facility. For further information you can check the related sections;
