What is monthly planning? #

After creating a contract for maintenance activities of the facilities, the maintenance forms are automatically created within the selected maintenance periods. These monthly basis periods mean that the maintenance for that specific facility must be done within this period. At this stage status of these maintenance forms are “Will be Planned”

These forms must be planned to a specific date to perform the planned maintenance activity. This planning can be done by the assigned service supplier company or by the facility owner. In order the supplier can plan their activities, we suggest the supplier make this monthly maintenance schedule. 

Please note that, Planned maintenance forms’ date can still be revised before the performing date.

Where to make this planning? #

You can make the maintenance plan from the planning screen located under the Planned Maintenance. To access the screen you should first click on the Planned Maintenance button located in the left navigation bar;

Then you need to click on the Planning from the sub menu. The liste of the plannable activities will be listed in the table list.

Planning unperformed maintenance activities #

The unperformed maintenance forms must be re-planned. You can do it from the Monitoring screen of the planned maintenance area.

Just select the unperformed item from the list and the planning command will appear in the top command bar
